The main objective of the Honestivalues test is to measure and analyze the individual tendencies of the evaluated person related to honesty, ethics, personal values, loyalty, fraud, violence, bribery, among other aspects that could be of importance to a company or organization. .  For some criteria the high tendencies are positive (loyalty, consistency, accountability, honesty), while for others the high tendencies are negative (theft, fraud, criminal association, discrimination, bribery, use drugs, sexual harassment, bullying, violence, tendency to lie)
